  • Fiduciary Oversight and Board Support

    The Fiduciary Oversight and Board Support (FOBS) team is responsible for investment oversight for all of Asset Management’s investment products and for maintaining a high-quality, coordinated experience for our boards. The functions within FOBS are Asset Management Compliance, The Treasurer’s Office, Product Governance, and Board Strategy and Operations.

    Finance, Strategy & Analytics (FS&A) is the organization that provides financial information and guidance to Asset Management’s advisors and support functions to facilitate their business decisions, strategies, and plans. The FS&A team coordinates strategic multi-year and annual operating plans and is responsible for key governance and oversight duties. The team is also responsible for building and maintaining our financial architecture, gaining approval of mutual fund fee contracts with multiple fund boards, and producing analytics that inform investment staff compensation.

Focused on developing industry-leading strategies for current and future associates, the organization is committed to building the skills and capabilities of the workforce for current and future business needs.

    The Investment Operations organization is a trusted global business partner, delivering a range of efficient and flexible investment services across the Asset Management value chain. Our efforts support Asset Management investment advisor groups, investment professionals, other shared services, and shareholders. Our services include operations, risk management, and investment information.
